I operate an Internet Café and I would like to start-up Callshop business. Do I need a separate Internet connection?
Yes, you need to get a new connection for VoIP Callshop Solution, the computers make your internet connection slower.
I am currently operating a Callshop, how may I switch to your service?
Only need for VoIP Callshop Solution is a broadband Internet connection. If you subscribe a broadband service, you may enjoy the Callshop Solution. We can even deliver an Analog or ISDN gateway and connect it directly to your PBX.
Do I need a pbx or telco lines?
What is the main idea behind VoIP Callshop is hassle free Callshop without costly PBX hardware and services. You don't need any type of PBX or numerous telephone lines. All PBX functions will be handled by your gateway.
What would be the maximum capacity?
Capacity is measured by your Internet connection speed. Every phone booth needs 18Kbps symmetric Internet connection.
How is the quality of calls?
Every VoIP Callshop gateway is connected to the global phone network. If the Internet lines aren't saturated, call quality will be like the normal PSTN quality or even better.
In which countries can you provide VoIP Callshop service?
VoIP Callshop Solution does not depend on your geographic location, regardless of your current location, you just need a broadband Internet connection. You may even operate a Callshop with satellite Internet connection.
Does your service works on PSTN or ISDN dialup Internet connection?
Yes, but you need a PSTN or ISDN Internet router or a PC with Internet connection sharing. We do not recommend services over analog modem connections because of the excessive latency.
Do I need to forward ports or any other setting on the broadband router?
No, all hardware is PLUG-N-PHONE.
